Very soon after I started practicing Yoga, I developed a keen interest in how else I could nurture this more healthy and caring attitude to my body and mind.
One of the most powerful and easy ways to do this is with your diet. For private students I also offer advice on how to improve your diet, eating in a healthy and balanced way: nourishing with delicious vegetarian, vegan and raw options all of which are enjoyable and delicious. I can advise on where to source healthy, environmentally responsible and economical ingredients from, as well as suggesting recipes and easy ways to supplement your existing diet even when you’re short on time.
I also offer advice in how to bring more balance to your life through suggested reading, coaching sessions, email support and skype sessions too.
I am extremely fortunate to have worked with an array of wonderful bodyworkers within London too, and am able to give personal recommendations and introductions to these talented individuals-further supporting and complementing the healing and strengthening journey of self discovery that yoga can often begin.
